According to financial therapist Tessler, people can shift their negative relationship with money only by untangling old patterns and negativity. Through numerous exercises, rituals, and self-care practices, the author covers eight key areas that people are longing for in their encounters with currency: clarity, intimacy, knowledge, ease and peace of mind, success, value, hope, and support. Tessler aids readers in creating a cash map by which they evaluate their needs and then determine how it matches their income. Mindfulness techniques are applied to each step. VERDICT A novel method of getting to the apex of money management issues and planning accordingly.
