      Kids come to Quartz Creek therapeutic horse ranch for various reasons: Ella's prone to outbursts (�cf2]Speed�cf1]); Rivka lashes out at her family's traditions after an attack on their synagogue (�cf2]Home�cf1]); Paley's addicted to online gaming (�cf2]Summer�cf1]); Hanna is painfully shy and, ironically, afraid of horses (�cf2]Shy�cf1]). Although the tweens' emotional problems get only superficial treatment, this hi-lo series provides plenty of realistic situations with horses.
